1. Products & Services

Soda-licious Dirty Drinks offers custom soda beverages, add-ins, and related drink products. All drinks are prepared to order and may vary slightly in appearance, taste, or presentation.

2. Ingredients & Allergies

Our drinks may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, soy, nuts, and gluten. Customers are responsible for notifying staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Sodalicious Dirty Drinks is not responsible for allergic reactions when allergy information is not disclosed.

3. Age Restrictions

Some drink combinations may include ingredients such as caffeine or flavor extracts not recommended for children. Parents or guardians are responsible for approving purchases made for minors.

4.Orders & Payments

All sales are final once the order has been prepared. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods as advertised at the point of sale.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our drinks: No refunds or exchanges are offered once an order is completed. If there is an error made by our staff, please notify us immediately so we can make it right. 6. Event & Catering Orders Deposits may be required for large or special orders. Cancellations must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe to avoid forfeiting deposits. Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, menus, recipes, and promotional materials are the property of Sodalicious Dirty Drinks and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe

behavior toward staff or customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soda-licious Dirty Drinks is not liable for:

Individual taste preferences

Undisclosed allergies

Reactions to ingredients consumed voluntarily

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued purchases or interaction with our business constitute acceptance of any changes.
